The kettlebell Swing is the stable of any KB workout.

The Kettlebell Swing require’s a hip thrust that is powered by the glutes and hip flexors and controlled by your abdominal muscles. Ensuring core muscles and glutes remain strong and not weaken over time. A common occurrence in today’s work mad world! Sitting at a desk for hours on end does nothing for our posterior chain. This exercise will enable you to remain strong and help stabilise your lower back and pelvic area.

A Kettlebell Swing can be designed to build power and strength as well as aerobic and muscular endurance based targets.

The exercise also burns huge amount of calories and helps build back and shoulder muscles. The benefits of this single exercise are hard to beat. The kettlebell is also a very affordable and accessible piece of kit you can easily use and store at home, in comparison to dumbbells and barbells.
